eggnog

(Puer­to Rican EGG NOG)

8 egg yolks
2 cans (12 oz.) evap­o­rat­ed milk
1 can sweet­ened con­densed milk
1 bot­tle rum
1 tbsp. vanil­la extract
12 tsp. cin­na­mon

Mix all the ingre­di­ents togeth­er, then chill overnight.
