Pork-chops

PUERTO RICAN PORK CHOPS

6 pork chops
2 chopped onions
1 cup chopped toma­toes
1 cup water
4 tbsp. but­ter
2 chopped green pep­pers
12 c. uncooked rice
Salt to taste

Fry pork chops that have been rolled in flour, in but­ter. Add chopped onions and brown. Add oth­er ingre­di­ents. Cov­er and cook for 60–70 min­utes in a 350 degree oven.
