PUERTO RICAN PORK CHOPS
6 pork chops
2 chopped onions
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1 cup water
4 tbsp. butter
2 chopped green peppers
1⁄2 c. uncooked rice
Salt to taste
Fry pork chops that have been rolled in flour, in butter. Add chopped onions and brown. Add other ingredients. Cover and cook for 60–70 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
