Whole turkey
5 peppercorns
1 tbsp. oregano
2-3 tbsp. salt
2-3 cloves garlic
3 tbsp. olive oil
Lemon juice

Grind peppercorns and oregano; add garlic and salt. To form a paste, add lemon juice and oil. Puncture turkey all over with an ice pick or knife. Baste mixture all over outside and inside of Turkey. Marinate for two hours at room temperature or overnight in refrigerator. Follow the instructions on the bag for baking the turkey.
