Whole turkey
5 peppercorns
1 tbsp. oregano
2–3 tbsp. salt
2–3 cloves garlic
3 tbsp. olive oil
Lemon juice

Grind pep­per­corns and oregano; add gar­lic and salt. To form a paste, add lemon juice and oil. Punc­ture turkey all over with an ice pick or knife. Baste mix­ture all over out­side and inside of Turkey. Mar­i­nate for two hours at room tem­per­a­ture or overnight in refrig­er­a­tor. Fol­low the instruc­tions on the bag for bak­ing the turkey.
